GACC Announcement No.79, 2016 on Commodity Classification Resolution (Ⅵ)

Recently, the World Customs Organization (WCO) has published some resolutions on commodity classification. To ensure accurate declaration of export/import commodity classification in accordance with China Customs Regulations on Export/Import Commodity Classification, the GACC hereby promulgates some of the Commodity Classification Resolutions made by the WCO, as annexed hereto.
Those resolutions shall enter into force on 1 January 2017.
Where any changes occur in governing laws and regulations on commodity classification, such resolutions will become invalid accordingly.
