GACC Announcement No.16, 2017 on Adjusted/Repealed Chinese Subheading Notes of 2017 Tariff

In order to help importers/exporters with correct classification of commodities, the GACC hereby adjusts and repeals some Chinese subheading notes of 2017 Customs Import & Export Tariff of China, as follows.
This Announcement shall enter into force on 1 May 2017.
Annex 1. Adjusted Chinese Subheading Notes of 2017 Customs Import & Export Tariff of China (omitted);
Annex 2. Repealed Chinese Subheading Notes of 2017 Customs Import & Export Tariff of China (omitted);
