GACC Announcement No.17, 2017 on Commodity Classification Resolutions Update & Repeal

To ensure accurate declaration of import/export commodity classification, in accordance with China Customs Regulations on Import/Export Commodity Classification (in GACC Decree No. 158), the GACC hereby promulgates Commodity Classification Resolution of 2017 (Ⅰ) as annexed hereto. Where any changes occur in governing laws and regulations on commodity classification, such resolution will become invalid accordingly.
This Announcement shall enter into force on 1 May 2017.
Also released herein are the classification resolutions made invalid by changes in governing laws and regulations.
