GACC Announcement No.25, 2017 on Customs Clearance Integration Nationwide

To optimize Customs control and services, the GACC has decided to advance nationwide integration of customs clearance. Relevant matters are hereby announced:
1. The GACC will apply the national customs risk control center and duties collection center; apply the taxation reform to all of the commodities listed in China’s Import & Export Tariff regarding their import by all means to all ports in China.
2. All regional customs document examination centers will no longer conduct the business concerned.
3. For other matters, refer to GACC Announcement No. 62 of 2016.
This Announcement shall enter into force on 1 July 2017.
