GACC Announcement No.27, 2017 on Antidumping POM Copolymer from South Korea, Thailand & Malaysia

In accordance with China’s Antidumping Regulations, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) ordered a provisional antidumping by levying security deposit on Polyformaldehyde Copolymer (HS code 3907.1010 and 3907.1090) made in South Korea, Thailand and Malaysia, which is based on MOFCOM Announcement No. 32 of 2017 (see the Annex).
Relevant Matters as follow:
As from 30 June 2017, the mainland importer of the involved product shall declare specific HS codes of 39071010.10 and 39071090.10.
