GACC Announcement No.41, 2017 on New Customs Control Code “2210”

The GACC hereby decides to add one Customs control code as follows:
1. New Customs control code “2210” shall be added to stand for “investment abroad”, i.e. export of equipment and materials by domestic enterprises as their investments abroad.
2. Customs control code 0110 (for ordinary trade) shall no longer cover the export of equipment and materials by domestic enterprises as their investments abroad.
The regulations above shall enter into force on 1 September 2017.
