GACC Announcement No.50, 2017 on OrthoChloro Para Nitro Aniline Anti-Dumping/Subsidy HS Codes

In accordance with China Antidumping Regulations and Countervailing Regulations, China will, from 20 October 2017, impose provisional antidumping and anti-subsidy measures on OrthoChloro Para Nitro Aniline (HS Code 2921.4200) from India by means of levying security deposit, which are provided by MOFCOM Announcements No. 56 and 57 of 2017 (see the Annexes).
Relevant matters are hereby announced:
As from 20 October 2017, the importers regarding the aforesaid product under antidumping/anti-subsidy measures shall declare specific HS Code “29214200.20” to China Customs.
Once relevant antidumping and anti-subsidy duties are confirmed by the state, the importers shall also declare the HS Code “29214200.20” for the product during the period of the imposition.

Once relevant antidumping and anti-subsidy duties are confirmed by the state, the importers shall also declare the HS Code “29214200.20” for the product during the period of the imposition.
