GACC Announcement No.68, 2017 on Deferring Customs Declarer Registration Info Report

In accordance with State Council requirements on reform, the GACC hereby makes the decision that: as from 1 January 2018, importers and exporters may defer their delivery of 2017’s “Annual Report on Customs Declarer Registration Information” to the Customs authority.
The GACC is now cooperating with other Administrations to integrate multiple annual reports from enterprises. When this reform is done, importers and exporters will be able to deliver their annual reports on one united platform of the government.
