GACC Announcement No.4, 2018 on Legal Instruments/Lists of Bonded Warehouses/Logistics Centers

In light of GACC Decree No. 235 (on Amendment to Some Measures/Regulations), this is to promulgate the updated formats of the legal instruments and lists involved in the amended Measures/Regulations: “China Customs Regulations on Bonded Warehouses & Warehoused Goods”, “China Customs Administrative Measures on Bonded Logistics Center (Type A)”, “China Customs Administrative Measures on Bonded Logistics Center (Type B)”, and “China Customs Administrative Measures on Export Controlled Warehouse & Warehoused Goods”.

The updated legal instruments/lists shall enter into force as from 1 February 2018 along with the repeal of the Article 3 and annex of GACC Announcement No. 14 of 2004.
