GACC Announcement No.17, 2018 on Anti-Dumping Meta Phenoxy Benzaldehyde from India

In accordance with China’s Antidumping Regulations, as from 8 February 2018, China will impose provisional anti-dumping measure on the Meta Phenoxy Benzaldehyde (MPB) (HS Code 2912.4990) importing from India by means of levying security deposit.
As from 8 February 2018, the importer of the involved product shall declare the HS Code “29124990.10” to China Customs.
If Chinese authority finally removes antidumping measure from the India-made MPB, the HS Code requirement herein will accordingly become invalid.
