GACC Announcement No.20, 2018 on Antidumping Methyl Methacrylate of 29161400.10

In accordance with China’s Antidumping Regulations, from 1 December 2015, China Customs levied five-year antidumping duties on Methyl Methacrylate (MMA, HS Code 2916.1400) imported from Singapore, Thailand and Japan.
As from 28 February 2018, the importers of the MMA involved shall declare HS Code 29161400.10 to the Customs.
Since 1 August 2015, where the importers of 2916.1400 coded products have paid the antidumping duties for inappropriate items, the importers may, within one year upon the payment, apply to the levying Customs for refund of the duties.
