GACC Announcement No.21, 2018 on Declaration of Industrial Diamonds Imported/Exported

The General Administration of Customs has recently decided to adjust the declaration mode for the industrial diamonds imported and exported by ordinary trade. This is to announce relevant matters:
As regards the import and export of industrial diamonds by ordinary trade, involving HS Codes 71022100, 71022900, 71049011 and 71051020, Customs declaration formalities will not be totally conducted at Exchange Customs House; their duties and import VAT will be levied by law.
This Announcement shall enter into force upon its issuance.
