GACC Announcement No.24, 2018 on Enterprise Self-Declaration and Self-Payment of Tax

In order to promote the reform in duty collection and management, the General Administration of Customs hereby decides to expand the application of “enterprise self-declaration and self-payment of tax” to the import declarations that are subject to preferential trade agreements. Other relevant matters shall still refer to GACC Announcement No. 62 of 2016.
This decision shall enter into force as from 10 April 2018.
