GACC Announcement No.26, 2018 on Canceling Print of Export Declaration Proof Page (For Export Refund)

For the purpose of paperless customs operations, the General Administration of Customs has decided to cancel printing the proof page (for export refund) pertaining to “Customs Declaration for Export Goods”.
As regards the export goods with export-duty refund at the port of departure as from 10 April 2018, the Customs authority will no longer issue the paper form of the proof page (for export refund) herein. The enterprises concerned may, before 30 April 2018, print out the paper proof page at local Customs house for such exports to be cleared by 10 April 2018. And relevant paper issuing system will stop working as from 30 April 2018.
