MOFCOM-GACC Announcement No.35, 2018 on Automatic Import License for Automotive Products

In accordance with the "Foreign Trade Law of the P. R. China," the "Administrative Licensing Law of the P. R. China," and the "Import and Export Regulations of the P. R. China", it is hereby decided that automatic import licensing for some of automotive products (see the annex) by the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) shall be entrusted to provincial or local administrations for electromechanical imports and exports.
This Announcement shall enter into force as from 1 April 2018.
