GACC Announcement No.34, 2018 on Measures for Export Inspection on Firecrackers/Fireworks & Import Inspection on Coatings

The GACC has revised the “Measures for Export Inspection on Firecrackers and Fireworks” and “Measures for Import Inspection on Coatings” in accordance with GACC Decree No. 238. Relevant matters are hereby announced:
The registered manufacturers of exporting firecrackers/fireworks shall timely apply in writing to local Customs House for alteration of their registration codes by 1 July 2018;
The applicant for filing the import of coatings, whose “Coating Import File” is still valid, shall timely apply in writing to local Customs House for renewal of their Files by 1 July 2018.
This Announcement shall enter into force upon its issuance.
