GACC-MEE Announcement No.79, 2018 on Ports for Importing Solid Wastes

1. The state-permitted imports of solid wastes shall go through the designated ports listed in the annex hereto.
2. When applying for Solid Wastes Import License, the importer shall provide the Customs code(s) listed in the annex hereto.
This Announcement shall enter into force as from 1 January 2019.
