4. The control over Re-export/Re-import
There are specified time limits for the use of temporarily-permitted import & export goods within or beyond the territory. They must be re-exported or re-imported before the time limits. The Customs shall go through the procedures of re-export/re-import according to the original ATA document. For those goods that shall stay within or beyond the territory, customs formalities must be gone through again formally.

5. Conclusion after Cancellation on Verification
If the corresponding procedures have been gone through according to the actual direction for the temporarily-permitted import & export goods after use, the party concerned must go through the cancellation procedure with the Customs at the place where the documents are kept for record or the original entry and Customs. For those without ATA carnet, cancellation on verification can be done with the Letter of Guarantee and the original imported goods declaration form. No mistakes found, the customs shall withdraw the guarantee after verification.
