Chongqing Customs Cooperates with Hefei Customs to Establish Fast Lane for Logis

According to the news released by Chongqing Customs, on May 31, Chongqing Customs has cooperated with Hefei Customs successfully in terms of regional customs clearance on goods, which means Chongqing and Hefei are each other's port and local customs from now on, and any qualified enterprise can choose to make tax declaration at its local customs besides of original customs mode of transit of across customs.

In 2009, in order to help enterprise fight against Financial Crisis, Chongqing Customs further strengthen the reform of regional clearance, complete and simplify the operation procedure, and consult with Huangpu and Hefei customs to open regional clearance successfully, which saved cost for enterprise and strengthened the market competition. From now on, the number of ports under regional customs clearance in Chongqing have enlarged to 14.
