Announcement of the General Administration of Customs of P. R. China, No. 41, 2010

To strengthen the control of express sample goods and advertising articles, adjustments are to be made on the content of KJ2 and KJ3 customs declaration forms of China Customs for entry and exit express.

With respect to the entry and exit express declared in KJ2 customs declaration form for express, the declarer shall, when submitting the declaration form to China Customs authorities, declare the names and codes of business entities concerned and the HS Codes of commodities concerned (See Annex 1); With respect to the entry express declared in KJ3 customs declaration form for express, the declarer shall, when submitting the KJ3 declaration form to China Customs authorities, declare the names and codes of business entities concerned (See Annex 2).
The Announcement shall come into force as of July 1, 2010.
