Since October 2010 when China's Huangpu Customs first introduced a "three-party networking" manual for processing trade, customs authorities in China Guangdong Province have realized information sharing among three parties of enterprises, foreign trade administrations and customs through a networked mode of "paperless customs clearance and online services".

With the "three-party networking" mode, which includes electronic online application, examination and services, processing-trade enterprises do not need to take onsite declaration to customs for contract recording, and the customs can, based on electronic examination data issued by foreign-trade administrations, automatically feed back their examining results to the enterprises through a networked computer system.

Therefore, the customs significantly improve supervision and clearance efficiency by spending totally less than one hour instead of past at least two days, and really cut down trade costs of participant enterprises that have currently increased to more than 60 ones.
