Qingdao Issues CEPA Origin Certificates for Mainland Exports

China's mainland-Hong Kong and mainland-Macao CEPA Supplemental Agreements Ⅷ have come into effect from April 1, 2012 respectively. Also from the date, the CCPIT Qingdao Sub-Council has started to issue the CEPA-dedicated Certificates of Origin to the mainland exporters.

The Supplemental Agreements Ⅷ provide revision of the origin rules on goods trade and addition of accumulative rules, more favorable to the mainland-Hong Kong/Macao integration and allocation of manufacturing resources, thus mutually promoting their economic development.
