Canada's Mid-Term Review of Anti-Dumping Against China Plate

On March 23, 2010, the Canadian Border Services Agency issued a bulletin on the mid-term review of anti-dumping measures on hot-rolled carbon steel plate originated from China, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Romania and Ukraine and re-determine the recent normal value and export prices of the products involved. Relevant exporters should submit the relevant information before April 29, 2010.

On February 13, 1997, the Canadian Border Services Agency started anti-dumping investigation on the hot-rolled carbon steel plate originated from China, involving products with HS codes of 72085110.00, 72085199.10, 72085199.91, 72085199.92, 72085199.93, 72085199.94, 72085199.95, 72085219.00, 72085290.10, 72085290.91, 72085290.92, 72085290.93, 72085290.94 and 72085290.95.

On September 25, 1997, the Canadian Border Services Agency made anti-dumping final ruling on the case and ruled that the dumping margin of Chinese enterprises involved in was 27.3%.
