India Levies Provisional Anti-Dumping Duty on 1, 1, 1, 2-Tetrafluoroethane or R-134a from China

According to Indian Ministry of Finance, Indian Customs decided on April 19, 2010 to levy a provisional anti-dumping duty on 1, 1, 1, 2-Tetrafluoroethane or R-134a originated from China and Japan, with the levy period being half year (until October 18, 2010).

Among the Chinese exporters involved, provisional anti-dumping duty rates from USD 0.99 per kilogram to USD 1.19 per kilogram shall be levied on three Chinese enterprises, while the duty rate of USD 1.41 per kilogram shall be levied on the others.
