The U.S. Made Changes on Final Ruling of Dumping Injury by Chinese Oil Pipes/Tubes

On May 21, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an Announcement, making changes on the final ruling on the anti-dumping of oil pipes/tubes originating in China (See table below).

On April 9, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce made a final ruling on this anti-dumping case, determining the margin of dumping of products concerned to be between 29.94% and 99.14%.
