South Africa Initiates Sunset Anti-Dumping Review Investigation on Chinese Acetaminophenol

In response to the application of FC Dubbelman & Associates CCS, on May 21, 2010, the International Trade Administration Commission (ITAC) of South Africa issued an Announcement of No. 399, 2010, initiating a sunset anti-dumping review investigation on the acetaminophenol originating in China and in the U.S. The South African HS Code of the products involved is 29242905. The dumping investigation period for this case was between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009.
