South Africa Issued Final Ruling on Anti-Dumping Investigation of Staple Polyester Fiber for Spinning from China

South Africa issued the Notice No. 33211: as of May 28, 2010, an anti-dumping duty of RAND 5.83 per kilogram shall be levied on the staple polyester fiber for spinning originating in or imported from China.
However, there are exceptions as follows: an anti-dumping duty of only RAND 0.93 per kilogram shall be levied on such products produced or exported by Zhejiang Waysun Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd.; and no anti-dumping duty shall be levied on such products produced or exported by four enterprises including Cixi Jiangnan Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., Nantong Sanjia Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., Sichuan Huvis Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Dafa Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd.
