The Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade Proposed Anti-Dumping Duties on Nickel Stainless Steel Plate Imported from Countries like China, R.O.Korea

According to a report on June 21, 2010 from the Interfax, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia proposed anti-dumping duties on nickel stainless steel originating in countries such as China and R.O.Korea.

Relevant findings of the anti-dumping investigation are released on the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, and the recommended taxation period of the anti-dumping duties is 5 years.

The anti-dumping duties recommended are respectively: 29.9% for Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., and 39.1% for other Chinese enterprises; 4.8% for Pohang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (POSCO), and 62.8% for other Korean enterprises; 21.1% for all the Brazilian manufactures; and 33.3% for all South African manufacturers.
