Notice on the Cancellation of Export Drawback on Some Commodities

Directive to local Departments of Finance and local Offices of the State Administration of Taxation of China in each province, autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government, and municipality with independent planning status, and the Finance Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

Approved by the State Council of China, the export drawback on the following commodities shall be cancelled as of July 15, 2010:

1. Part of steels;

2. Part of nonferrous metal processing materials;

3. Silver powder;

4. Alcohol, corn starch;

5. Part of farm chemicals, medicine, and chemical products;

6. Part of plastic, rubber & glass and their products.

The specific names and HS Codes of the goods subject to the export drawback cancellation are shown in the Annex.

The specific time for implementation shall be subject to the export date specified by the Customs on the "Goods Declaration for Exportation (for Export Drawback Only)".
