New Zealand Made Ruling on Anti-Dumping Review for New Exporter of Notepads from China

On June 11, 2010, the Ministry of Economic Development of New Zealand wrote to Ambassador Zhang Limin of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in New Zealand, saying the anti-dumping review procedure for the new exporter of notepads from China has been completed.

As from December 11, 2009, the anti-dumping duty rate applicable to Shenzhen Yangyang (China) Co., Ltd. shall be reduced to 24% from 53%.

Since February 1, 2008, New Zealand has been imposing anti-dumping duties on the notepads imported from China and Malaysia, the duty rates for the eight Chinese enterprises responding to the anti-dumping proceeding were determined at from 36% to 164%, while that for other Chinese enterprises was 53%.
