The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) made their final ruling on June 30, 2010, agreeing to take anti-dumping and anti-subsidy ("double-anti") sanctions on Chinese potassium phosphate on the grounds of the damage Chinese potassium phosphate has caused to the U.S. relevant industries. According to the U.S. Department of Commerce statistics, the gross export value of Chinese potassium phosphate to the U.S. in 2009 was about USD 11.57 million.
