The Philippines to Extend Zero Import Tariff on Cement and Wheat

According to a report on July 2, 2010 from the Philippine the Star, the Philippine Tariff Commission indicated that the Philippine Government is considering extending the zero import tariff on cement and wheat for another 6 months so as to maintain the stability in price.

The original Presidential Order concerning the zero import tariffs on cement and wheat will expire in August 2010.
