The U.S. Department of Commerce Announced Anti-Circumvention Investigation into Steel-Wire Clothes Racks from China

On July 21, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce released an Announcement to initiate an anti-circumvention investigation as of July 16, 2010 into the steel-wire clothes racks imported from China.
In September 2007, the U.S. Department of Commerce launched an anti-dumping investigation into the Chinese products, and finally ruled in August 2008 to levy anti-dumping duties on them.
Enterprises involved into the proceeding include Angang Clothes Rack Manufacture Co., Ltd. and its related Chinese enterprise, Shaoxing Gangyuan Metal Manufactured Co., Ltd.; Quyky Yanglei International Co., Ltd. and its related Chinese enterprises, ShangHai RuiShan Metal Products Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang TaiZhou HongDa Metal Materials Co., Ltd.
