Australia Customs Initiates Mid-Term Review Investigation on Anti-Dumping Measures for Canned Mushrooms from China

On September 13, 2010, the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service (hereinafter referred to as Australia Customs) issued an Announcement on the initiation of the mid-term review investigation into the canned mushrooms (Australian HS Code: 2003.10.00) originating in China so as to re-determinate the level of anti-dumping measures.
The detailed information of the review investigation can be obtained from the Australian Customs Dumping Notice No.2010/33 on the website of Australia Customs (www.customs.gov.au).
As required in the Notice, relevant stakeholders shall submit written opinions prior to October 25, 2010 to Australia Customs.
