USITC Decided to Continue Levying 5-Year Anti-Dumping Duties on Potassium Permanganate from China

On September 20, 2010, the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) upheld the anti-dumping duty order on the potassium permanganate from China in the sunset review, the duty rate shall be 39.63% and the implementation period of the duty order shall still be 5 years.

On May 3, 2010, the USITC decided to conduct a sunset review on the anti-dumping duty order; and on August 6, 2010, the USITC decided to conduct a quick sunset review.
