The U.S. Department of Commerce Made Preliminary Ruling of Administrative Review on Double-Anti Case into Off-Highway Tyres from China

On Oct. 12, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an Announcement on the preliminary ruling of the administrative review on the double-anti case into off-highway tyres from China.
As determined by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the anti-subsidy rate for Hebei Starbright Tire Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hebei Starbright), which was involved in the review, shall be 30.87%, and the anti-dumping duty rate for 6 enterprises including Hebei Starbright and Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Company Limited shall be 20.74%.
It is estimated that the U.S. Department of Commerce will make a final ruling of the review in Apr. 2011.
