The U.S. Alters Anti-Dumping Final Ruling on Steel Grating from China

On Nov. 15, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an Announcement, indicating that in the anti-dumping final ruling and taxation order on Chinese Steel Grating issued previously, the exporter and manufacturer of products in question were carelessly put in reverse order, therefore, the following revision is made:
On June 19, 2009, the U.S. Department of Commerce conducted anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation into Steel Grating originating in China; the HS Code of products in question was 73089070.00.

On June 8, 2010, the Department of Commerce adopted an anti-dumping final ruling, determining the dumping margin of Chinese enterprises involved shall be ranging from 136.76% to 145.18%.
