The U.S. Made Final Ruling of Industrial Injury of Anti-Dumping Sunset Review on Wooden Bedroom Furniture from China

On November 30, 2010, an announcement from the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) said that they made final ruling of industrial injury of anti-dumping sunset review on wooded bedroom furniture from China.

According to this final ruling, the current anti-dumping measure for the involved product will remain in force.

On December 17, 2003, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated anti-dumping investigation into wooden bedroom furniture from China, the HS Codes of the involved products as 94035090.40, 94035090.80 and 70099250.00. On November 17, 2004, the U.S. Department of Commerce made final ruling of anti-dumping on this case, judging that the anti-dumping margin of the involved Chinese enterprises ranging from 5.07% to 198.08%. On December 1, 2009, the U.S. Department of Commerce made sunset review on this case. On April 14, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce made final ruling of sunset review on this case, the anti-dumping margin of the involved Chinese enterprises ranging from 0.83% to 198.08%.
