India Initiates Anti-Dumping Sunset Review Investigation on Saccharin from China

On December 8, 2010, the Ministry of Commerce and Finance of India decided to launch anti-dumping sunset review investigation into saccharin from China. The HS Code of involved products refers to 29251100.

The investigation of this case is from April 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010. The injury investigation periods are from April 2006 to March 2007, from April 2007 to March 2008, from April 2008 to March 2009 and anti-dumping investigation period ranging from April 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010.

In July 2005, India launched an anti-dumping investigation into saccharin originating in China. In January 2007, India made an affirmative final ruling on this case.
