South Africa Adopted Final Ruling of Anti-Dumping Sunset Review into Acetaminophen from China

On March 4, 2011, the South Africa adopted a final ruling of the anti-dumping investigation into acetaminophen originating in China and the U.S.: relevant imports from China and the U.S. shall still be subject to anti-dumping duties with duty rates of 2,573 cents/kg and 2,371 cents/kg respectively. The HS Code of products in question is 29242905.

In May 2010, the South Africa initiated the anti-dumping sunset review registration investigation into acetaminophen originating in China and the U.S.
