U.S. Extended Anti-Dumping Duty for Five Years on China's Magnesium

On March 11, 2011, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced that the removal of anti-dumping duty order on magnesium products from China may lead to continuation or occurrence once again of material injury within a reasonable foreseeable period of time, deciding to extend the anti-dumping duty order for 5 years on Magnesium products from China.

According to the decision, the U.S. will continue imposing current anti-dumping duty rates on magnesium products imported from China. and the duty order will remain in force for 5 years from March 11, 2011.
