Canada Launches Mid-Term Anti-Dumping Review on China's Stainless Steel Fasteners

On April 28, 2011, Canada Border Service Agency released a notice on launching mid-term anti-dumping review on carbon-steel and stainless-steel fasteners originating in China and China's Taiwan. The investigation is mainly to reconfirm the normal values and export prices of involved commodities.

On April 28, 2004, Canada Border Service Agency launched an anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation on carbon-steel and stainless-steel fasteners originating in China and China's Taiwan, those involved commodities under HS codes of 73181100, 73181200, 73181400, 73181500 and 73181600.

On December 9, 2004, the Agency made a final ruling which confirmed the dumping margins of involved Chinese-mainland enterprises ranged from 3.46% to 170%.
