Brazil's Anti-Dumping Mid-Term Review on China's Glyphosate

On May 19, 2011, Brazil released Notice No. 22, 2011 of Secretariat for Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade of Brazil (MDIC) on launching anti-dumping mid-term review investigation on glyphosate originating in China (Mercosur HS Codes of 29310032, 29310039, 38089324).

Since 2003, Brazil has been levying the anti-dumping duties on the involved products, the latest adjustment of tax rate was made on May 25, 2010, the limited price is USD 3.6 per kg, when the price is lower than USD 3.6 per kg but not exceeding USD 2.52 per kg anti-dumping duties will be levied on the price difference.
