Brazil Starts Anti Dumping Probe into China Stainless Steel Tableware

The Brazilian Development Protection Bureau of Ministry of Industry and Foreign Trade give public notice to have initiated an investigation of antidumping on stainless steel tablewate origin from China on June 13th 2011.

The commission found that sales of the subject merchandise have been harm local market and producers'profit. After assessment, the council confirms that the application meets the filing conditions. The tariff number of the concerned products in Mercosur is 82111000, 82119100, 82152000 and 82159910.

As learnt, Argentina also initiates antidumping sunset review on ball bearing from China and decides antidumping duty on China's electric fan with levy range of 136.92% for the continuation of 5 years.
