India's A-D Investigation on China's Digital Offset-Printing Plates

On June 11, 2011, at the request of Technova Imaging Systems (P) Ltd, India's Ministry of Commerce & Industry launched anti-dumping investigation on the digital offset-printing plates originating in China and Japan, which are under HS codes of 8442.5020, 3701.3000, 3704.0090, 3705.1000, 7606.9191 and 7606.9290.

The investigation period for dumping is from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011, and that for injury includes fiscal years 2007/08, 2008/09, 2009/10 and the investigation period for dumping (April 1, 2010 till March 31, 2011).
