South Korea to Cancel AD Duty on China's Anatase Titanium Dioxide

On July 21, 2011, the Trade Commission of South Korea stated a decision to cancel anti-dumping (AD) duties on China's anatase titanium dioxide.

The decision will be submitted to the Ministry of Strategy and Finance of South Korea and the Ministry will make a final decision within 50 days after its receipt.

South Korea started to impose AD duties ranging from 4.82% to 23.08% on China's anatase titanium dioxide from 2005, and adjusted to 4.86%-23.08% in 2008.
