India Launches AD Investigation on China's Gypsum Boards

On July 21, 2011, at the request of Saint-Gobain Gyproc India Ltd., Indian Ministry of Commerce & Industry launched antidumping (AD) investigation on gypsum boards originating in China, Indonesia, Thailand and the UAE.

The involved products are under HS code 68091100.

The investigation period is from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010; the periods of injury include April 2007-March 2008, April 2008-March 2009, April 2009-March 2010 and the investigation period for dumping.
