India Takes AD Sunset-Review Probe into China's Recordable Discs

On Oct. 4, 2011, at the request of Storage Media Products Manufacturers & Marketers Welfare Association, India authority started anti-dumping (AD) sunset-review probe into recordable discs originating in China mainland, China Hong Kong, China Taiwan, and Singapore, which are under HS Code 85239050.

Dumping investigation period is from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011, and injury investigation period includes 2007/08, 2008/09 and 2009/10 fiscal years plus that dumping investigation period.
