The U.S. ITC Keeps Duties on Washers from China and Taiwan

It is reported that the US International Trade Commission has voted to keep in place existing anti dumping duties on helical spring lock washers from China and Taiwan, finding that lifting the tariffs would likely harm the US industry.

All six commissioners agreed to keep the current anti dumping duty order on lock washer imports from China, while four commissioners voted to preserve the anti dumping duty order on imports of the product from Taiwan.

The orders under review cover stainless steel, carbon steel and carbon alloy steel lock washers.
