Pakistan Takes AD Probe into China's Special Paper

On November 10, Pakistani National Tariff Commission (NTC) announced that the NTC has decided to launch anti-dumping (AD) investigation into special paper originating in or imported from China, Indonesia, Japan and Thailand, involving ten 8-digit HS Codes in 4802 and 4810 chapters.

The period for dumping probe is from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011; and that for injury probe is from July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2011.

A preliminary ruling will be worked out within 60-180 days following the probes, and a final ruling will be available within 180 days after the preliminary one.
